Kayla joined the Keats Insurance Agency in 2006. Licensed in Property & Casualty, Kayla began her career in insurance at the Keats Insurance Agency in her hometown of Florida, NY. Kayla caught on quickly and found a passion for the insurance industry. Motivated by this passion, Kayla took herself to the next level by obtaining a Property & Casualty license. This gave her the ability to service and advise our clients on a higher level as a Licensed Customer Service Representative. Her expertise on protections with the many companies that we have available to us and fueled by the appreciation of our clients; Kayla was promoted into the current role of Account Manager. In 2020, Kayla enhanced her knowledge of Commercial insurance by obtaining the designation of CLCS, Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist designation.
