Celebrating New Leadership Roles

Christopher Keats – Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Christopher will step into the role of COO, reporting directly to the CEO.
Throughout his time with our organization, Chris has demonstrated exceptional operational insight, strong leadership, and an unwavering dedication to the people we serve. His ability to bring consistency, efficiency, and alignment across departments makes him uniquely suited for this expanded position. As COO, Chris will oversee daily operations and help strengthen the systems and processes that support our continued growth.
John Keats – President
John will assume the title of President, also reporting directly to the CEO.
Known for his strategic vision, business acumen, and long-standing commitment to our organization, John is well-equipped to guide our broader strategy and future direction. In his new role, he will focus on organizational development, growth initiatives, and long-term planning. John’s leadership will play a key role in ensuring we continue to innovate and evolve in a rapidly changing industry landscape.
A Message from Our New CEO
As part of this transition, Ron Keats will take on the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
This change reflects both a personal and organizational milestone.
