Kayla joined the Keats Insurance Agency in 2006. Licensed in Property & Casualty, Kayla began her career in insurance at the Keats Insurance Agency in her hometown of Florida, NY. Kayla caught on quickly and found a passion for the insurance industry. Motivated by this passion Kayla took herself to the next level by obtaining a Property & Casualty license. This gave her the ability to service and advise our clients on a higher level as a Licensed Customer Service Representative. Her expertise on protections with the many companies that we have available to us and fueled by the appreciatiation of our clients, Kayla was promoted into the current role of Account Manager. In 2020, Kayla enhanced her knowledge of Commercial insurance by obtaining the designation of CLCS, Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist designation.
