John Keats joined the Keats Insurance Agency in 2005. Licensed in Property & Casualty and, Life and Health insurance, John oversees the sales, service and other integral parts of the agency operation. Prior to the Keats Agency, he held the position of Director of Store Support for a major national retail chain. John uses his past experience in Operations, Sales, Training, and Human Resources to help the agency and its staff grow efficiently and productively. He is very proud of the Keats Agency team which he considers his extended family. If there is an opportunity to change things for the better, he will do it. To work with his brother Ron is something he holds very dear. They both possess different strengths that complement each other and enhance the resulting customer experience and staff opportunity.

John, a former US Marine and his wife Deanna reside in Sullivan County NY, the Gateway to the Catskills. Their son Jonathan is a proud daddy to two amazing boys and as a grandparent, John spoils them at every opportunity he can get. He is also a NY Jets, Mets and Islander fan and he continues to ask the question, why?
