Ebi joined the Keats Insurance Agency in 2017 as an Agency Receptionist. Intrigued by the insurance industry, Ebi decided to leap into the waters and obtained her Property & Casualty Insurance license. Ebi was promoted to a Licensed Customer Service Representative in 2019. She takes pride in helping to assure each of our member's insurance needs are met and always does it with a smile. Ebi is an excellent team player and always ready for new challenges and opportunities. Ebi is multi-lingual and is fluent in Spanish, Albanian, Turkish, Italian. She is excited about her next chapter in the insurance industry, and we love watching her excel. Aside from always being on the lookout for her next adventure, she has a deep passion for the ocean and loves chasing waterfalls.
