Carmen joined the Keats Insurance Agency in 2007. Licensed in Property & Casualty, Life and Health insurance, Carmen began her career as an Agency Receptionist and quickly found her passion for the insurance industry. Soon after she assended the ranks in the Customer Service arena and began training new team members as they joined our team. Continuing her education, Carmen earned the Commercial Insurance designation, CLCS, Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist, which broadens her spectrum in commercial insurance and provides more value to the many happy clients she comes in contact with.

Carmen's passion for the business and attention to detail lead the agency to create a new role as an Account Manager. Working directly with 2 Sales Agents, she works tirelessly to bind new business and retain our current clientele. This effort enhances our Agents do to what they do best and bring new clients to the agency. Carmen is a gradulate of Floral Park Memorial High School and attended the University of Tampa. Carmen became and official part of the Keats family when she married Chris Keats in 2011 and share their home with two wonderful boys. A true-born native of Chile, Carmen speaks fluent Spanish. She enjoys cooking, eating, singing, and spending time with her family.
