Carmen joined the Keats Insurance Agency in 2007. Licensed in Property & Casualty, Life and Health insurance, Carmen began her career as an Agency Receptionist and quickly found her passion for the insurance industry. Soon after she ascended the ranks in the Customer Service arena and began training new team members as they joined our team. Continuing her education, Carmen earned the Commercial Insurance designation, CLCS, Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist, which broadens her spectrum in commercial insurance and provides more value to the many happy clients she comes in contact with.

Carmen’s passion for the business and attention to detail lead the agency to create a new role as an Account Manager. Working directly with 2 Sales Agents, she works tirelessly to bind new business and retain our current clientele. This effort enhances our Agents do to what they do best and bring new clients to the agency. Carmen is a graduate of Floral Park Memorial High School and attended the University of Tampa. Carmen became an official part of the Keats family when she married Chris Keats in 2011 and share their home with two wonderful boys. A true-born native of Chile, Carmen speaks fluent Spanish. She enjoys cooking, eating, singing, and spending time with her family.

Lisa joined the Keats insurance Agency in 2023 as an account manager. Licensed in Property and Casualty insurance, Lisa began her career as a music teacher prior to entering the insurance field. Lisa started as an agency receptionist and soon ascended the ranks in the customer service arena as a CSR and Account Manager assistant and became licensed in 2017. Lisa achieved her personal designation as ACSR, Accredited Customer Service Representative in 2021. Lisa enjoys helping and working with others and is very goal-oriented, detailed, and compassionate about her clients’ needs. Lisa is excited to be a part of the Keats agency and enjoys working closely with her team, working directly with Justin Keats(Sales Agent) and Carmen Keats. Lisa works with new business applications and policy reviews, as well as customer service. Lisa graduated from Long Island Academy and studied music. This taught her how to work with many different personalities and made her compassionate about helping others to find the best insurance policy that fits their needs.
